Shipping Info

Large and or heavy items may be subject to additional charges. We can only ship items that weigh less than 150 pounds.Shipping Time Frames:

Standard: In-stock merchandise will arrive in 3-6 days from the date of purchase. Orders are shipped Fed-Ex . A street address is required for shipping. Shipping dates are for in-stock items only. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We can ship anything that does not require Hazmat licensing. We cannot ship Black Powder, smokeless powder, primers, or camp stove fuels.

Express: Not all items are available for Express or Overnight shipping. Please contact us before choosing one of these options. Merchandise that is in-stock will arrive in 2-3 days from the date of purchase.

All local and state laws apply; this includes but is not limited to: Age restrictions on ammunition, knives, firearms, archery, etc.; local and state restrictions on ammunition, handgun magazine capacity, etc.; and all Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE) regulations concerning the purchasing and transferring of firearms. The PURCHASER is responsible for knowing the local and state regulations for their community. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Return and Exchange Policies: All exchanges must be made within 15 days from date of purchase. The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.  Refunds will be made via the credit card used for purchase. There are no cash refunds. All merchandise must be in original undamaged package or a 30% restocking fee will apply. No refunds will be given for labor, special orders, or close out items. All warranty repair or replacement must be returned to the manufacture for processing. We will be happy to assist you, however, return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Air/Breath Activated Game Calls

 Please be sure of your choice. Check package before purchasing. Due to sanitary reasons we cannot refund or exchange these calls.

Tree Stands

NO RETURNS ON OPENED TREE STANDS. There are absolutely NO RETURNS ON TREE STANDS THAT HAVE HAD THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OPENED. This is because of the insurance and liability issues and there are NO exceptions. Please make sure that you are purchasing exactly what you need. If you have any questions please email us to be sure you are getting the right model. We are sorry for any inconvenience but this is due to circumstances beyond our control.

Product Pricing and AvailabilityPotter County Outfitters strives to provide our customers with the most up to date pricing. Because of this our in-store pricing may not always be the same as our online pricing. Products ordered online will not be available for in store pickup.

Potter County Outfitters cannot guarantee availability of our products. We will put forth all reasonable efforts to notify our customer if their order cannot be processed and shipped within the timeframes outlined in our Shipping Policy and advise them as to what options they have concerning order processing.
