Return and Exchange Policies: All exchanges must be made within 15 days from date of purchase. The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be made via the credit card used for purchase. There are no cash refunds. All merchandise must be in original undamaged package or a 30% restocking fee will apply. Tree Stands NO RETURNS ON OPENED TREE STANDS. There are absolutely NO RETURNS ON TREE STANDS THAT HAVE HAD THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OPENED. This is because of the insurance and liability issues and there are NO exceptions. Please make sure that you are purchasing exactly what you need.
